Flared cylinders are for both Length and Thickness - Choose this type if you are just starting out.

ThickWall cylinders are best when used after a flared cylinder. They are for working on just length. 1 3/4" and up increasing 1/4"

To begin you need two items - a cylinder and a hand pump. You may use the same hand pump with different cylinders, so you need to order it only once and then change cylinders as you progress. If you'd like to read more about pumping for enlargement you can read

How to select the proper size cylinder : It's important to select the proper size cylinder. If you're still not sure what size to order after reading what is here - include your measurements when ordering and we will select the appropriate size for you or contact you for more info. 1) Measure the inside diameter (across) of your favorite cock ring.

2) If you are enlarging your cock only, you will require an expansion cylinder 1/4" larger than your cock ring.

3) If you are enlarging your cock and balls, you will require an expansion cylinder 1" larger than your cockring a good guide is that the average cock and balls require a 3" cylinder. Larger balls require larger cylinders.

4) Expansion cylinders are custom made and start at 1 1/2" and increase to 5" at 1/4" increments.

The most common cylinder diameters for beginning are 2" or 2 1/4" with a 9 1/2" cylinder length.
