Things to ask when ordering pumping equipment.

How long have they been in business? The Internet has provided us with many "companies" that by the time your check clears are no longer in business. Do they pump too? Are they pumpers or just selling the product? Are they available to ask questions at no additional cost? What do they have in stock and can they ship quickly your size or 2 stages and thick walls? Do they wait until they have a minimum amount of orders before they place theirs with the manufacturer? Do they publish any accompanying material or information? What if any "new" products have they tested and recommend? How do they ship and is it discreet? Do they sell their mailing list and are you assured of no unsolicited mail? Do they guarantee their products against manufacturer defects? Do they provide demos? Are they free? Will they have your size available to try? Will they have thick walls and 2 stages available as well? Do they require a picture of you 1st before they will agree to charge you? ;-) Do they try to sell you a "one size fits all" pump or package or talk you in to extra products that may not be necessary? Where are their products manufactured? We would not put our cocks in something from a garage or basement ;-) or glass jar. We like ours ;-) Do you know whom you are dealing with? Can you put a face to the company? Our pictures are publicized and you can see us at demos. For free!! Do they offer a venue to meet with other pumpers? Do they contribute or "give back" to the community? If the company that you are considering can answer these questions to your satisfaction then choose them.
